What is your return period?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Can I return opened cosmetics?

Opened or used cosmetics may not qualify for preference-based returns where hygiene-related restrictions are permitted by law and were disclosed before purchase.

This does not affect mandatory rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products.

What if my makeup or skincare product arrives damaged?

Contact customer support with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs where reasonably available.

We will review the concern and provide an appropriate solution.

Can I return a product because I chose the wrong shade?

Eligible unused products may qualify for a preference-based return under our Return Policy.
